Assignment 2- High Key Low Key

This was a pretty cool assignment. I liked the idea, I took some interesting pictures. They actually turned out a lot cooler then I thought they would. Even though I was taking pictures of white objects on a white background, they still looked very different. Unfortunately I waited until a little to late and so I had problems with light. It would have been easier to get the pictures in focus if I had better light. My favorite pictures for this assignment are the little plate and the oil bowl.

Assignment 1-Numbers

This assignment took me a very long time. For the first 30 pictures I took a lot of time setting them up and trying to be creative. Finally I gave up trying to be creative, and just wrote out the numbers with candy. Ironically I ended up using two of those images. I think alot of my pictures ended

up very nicely. I had a lot of different pictures, I was able to have a lot of diversity. I think I spent almost to much time on the first images, I wasn't very good at rationing my time. When I tried to take a picture of a big number that had the one I was on in it, it didn't work very well. The number was to small and the other numbers we were in the way. Mytwo favorite pictures were the ones with the letters. The one with the blocks worked out really well, I think it looks really cool. The other one I really liked was the letter tiles I used that spell my sister and my name. The cards also worked out pretty well, I like the fanning.
